Overview
Applied Consultancy is the advisory practice of Ascendia.
We support boards, executive committees, and senior leaders on the questions that most determine the future of their organisations. Our work spans the full arc of an institutional agenda: setting direction, designing the organisation, building competitive capabilities, executing transformation, and embedding Artificial Intelligence as a source of durable advantage.
